Please note that our order processing times are separate
from shipping times.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding
weekends and public holidays) after full payment is received. Once payment is
confirmed, you will receive an email notification indicating that your order is
being processed. A second notification will be sent once your order has been
shipped.

Orders with a total value of $15,000 USD or more will be
shipped free of charge. Orders below $15,000 USD will incur a shipping fee
depending on your delivery location. If you would like to confirm the shipping
charges, please contact your representative for clarification.

Orders may be subject to local import duties and VAT, which
are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. Lab Diamond
Growers is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of
the customer.

Once your order is marked as shipped, delivery generally
takes between 7 and 10 working days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery,
please note that shipping timelines are dependent on third-party courier
services and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days
after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at
sales@labdiamondgrowers.com with your full name and order number so we can
assist with tracking.

Refunds and Returns for Online Purchases

Products purchased online may be returned for a refund or credit within 30
(thirty) days from the delivery date, provided the item is returned in its
original packaging, along with the original sales receipt and any certificates (if applicable), and is in good, unused, original, and saleable condition acceptable to Lab Diamond Growers.

Returned products will only be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price once received at our studio in South Africa. Courier fees are non-refundable, and the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility. For international returns, Lab Diamond Growers will deduct any applicable VAT, import duties, and shipping costs from the refund amount.

If a product is found to be defective within six (6) months of delivery, customers may return it to Lab Diamond Growers for repair. International customers may be referred to a trusted local representative who can assist with repairs.

Items left uncollected for more than two (2) months after repair, following reasonable attempts to notify the customer, may be sold to recover storage and handling costs.

Lab Diamond Growers is not obligated to accept returns or provide refunds in the following circumstances: when proof of purchase cannot be provided; when cancellations fall outside the 30-day cooling-off period; if the customer changed their mind after having the opportunity to inspect the product prior to purchase (although a discretionary 7-day in-store return policy may apply); if the product has been damaged through negligence; if the item has been altered, disassembled, combined with other goods, or if the product shows signs of misuse; or if the customer failed to follow care instructions.

Customers may qualify for a refund within 30 days of delivery if the product received does not match the invoice description.

Refunds are not offered for special orders, discounted items, or altered products, including resized rings.

Refunds can be processed for EFT and credit card purchases. For EFT refunds, payment will be made via electronic transfer to the original bank account. To process these refunds, customers must provide a copy of their ID or passport, a bank confirmation letter, and a signed refund form.

Refunds for credit card purchases must be completed in-store using the original card. Reversals processed through a speed point terminal are subject to the relevant bank’s processing times. Lab Diamond Growers management reserves the right to process refunds via electronic transfer regardless of the
original payment method.

All refunds are subject to verification that the original
payment has cleared and must be approved by Lab Diamond Growers management.

Lab Diamond Growers offers secure, worldwide shipping directly to your door.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending
on your location. Local deliveries within South Africa typically take 3 to 4
business days from the time your order has been marked as shipped. For
international orders, delivery generally takes between 7 to 14 business days
from shipment confirmation. Please note that some destinations may carry an
additional shipping surcharge based on order value and delivery location.

Certain countries may restrict the import of jewellery
items. If we are unable to ship to your country due to local import
regulations, we will gladly issue a full refund.

Delivery timeframes can vary from 3 to 31 days depending on
whether the item is in stock and ready to ship, or if it needs to be custom

services. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays due to
customs clearance, courier operations, or other logistical factors may occur.
