Please note that our order processing times are separate
from shipping times.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding
weekends and public holidays) after full payment is received. Once payment is
confirmed, you will receive an email notification indicating that your order is
being processed. A second notification will be sent once your order has been
shipped.
Orders with a total value of $15,000 USD or more will be
shipped free of charge. Orders below $15,000 USD will incur a shipping fee
depending on your delivery location. If you would like to confirm the shipping
charges, please contact your representative for clarification.
Orders may be subject to local import duties and VAT, which
are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. Lab Diamond
Growers is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of
the customer.
Once your order is marked as shipped, delivery generally
takes between 7 and 10 working days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery,
please note that shipping timelines are dependent on third-party courier
services and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days
after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at
sales@labdiamondgrowers.com with your full name and order number so we can
assist with tracking.
